Information on how to apply to Wildlands School for all intersted students in grades 7-12

Open Enrollment and Wildlands School Applications must be submitted

between February 2nd and 22nd for the 2009-10 school year

For all interested students:

Wildlands School Application (printable)

OR

Online Wildlands School Application

For Students out of the Augusta School District:

Log into the DPI online Open Enrollment form and complete online.

Or

Call 286-3302 to have a paper form mailed to you.

 **All students need to mail or fax a copy of their latest transcript or report card to Wildlands School**

You can now apply for open enrollment online at the Wisconsin DPI Site.
